Happy Monday Giveaway Day!

I'm starting a new feature here at the blog. A little giveaway on Mondays. What do you think? Would you like to win some organic cotton fabric?

To start things off, I'm giving away a fat quarter set of 4 prints from the My Happy Garden collection by Michelle Engel Bencsko for Cloud9 Fabrics. The prints are: Flock, Lines, Blue Yonder and Meadow.

To win, leave a comment on this post about what you're thinking of making as gifts for the holidays!

Good luck! Comments close on this Friday at midnight!

Well, I was thinking of making my 2 older boys a quilt each for their beds from recycled mens shirts ( you know, stripes and checks) but some of your delicious fabric would be welcomed most warmly into the projects!!!!

Well I'm thinking of making baby blankets for all the new babes that have come into my life this past year! (friends and family LOL) There must have been something in the water!

Fabulous giveaway! I love the prints!

I have a baby due for arrival just before Thanksgiving, so my gift-making this year is going to be limited. I am sticking to simple, quick gifts like pot holders and little zippered pouches. Possibly knitted hats for the kiddos.

Oh my goodness . . . I wish I knew!! Usually, the only gifts I end up making are for my kids' teachers. Well, this year, they both have male teachers and I'm completely at a loss!! Hoping inspiration strikes soon . . .

Thought about quilted tote bags this year ..... (everyone loves them) ---- But I think I am going to make some small zipper bags in a variety of sizes to meet everyone's needs ---- from make up to pencils and art supplies, sewing supplies, and CD and DVDs .... so everyone in the family could use one!

I'm really stressing about what to make for gifts this years, since I've already given pretty much everyone quilts and knitted items. I might go small this year and just do ornaments.

I am trying to make some small toys, pajama pants, and ornaments! Hopefully I'll get them all done!

Well our holiday (Eid Al-Adha) is in November, so I am already starting to make some toys for the kiddos, and a sweater for my husband - hope I can finish that on time!

I am in quilting mode right now and I'm just about finished with the current project. Those fabrics would be perfect for a new quilt.

Thanks so much for the chance to win. I love this fabric line! For Christmas I'm thinking of making sets of cloth napkins to encourage people to be a little more green in 2011.

Thanks again!
